Have you received a notification that your request is ready to be picked up at the library? Have you found a book on the shelf that you would like to take home? Here you can see what you need to do. Remember that all material from the pick-up shelves must first be borrowed at one of our self-service machines. We haven't done that for you.

It is a requirement that students and staff have activated their AAUcard in advance (i.e. the card must be valid and have a PIN code). If you are in doubt, you can find practical information about the AAUcard at Campus Service.

Private borrowers have provided a PIN code in connection with user creation. Employees without an AAUcard must contact us first at: bibliotekssystem@aub.aau.dk.
